Depending on the wedding reception sites, menus and
clients' wishes rentals will vary greatly. Please consult with the
caterer. That also applies to staffing for the events so again, please
consult with the caterer. We will arrive at the site between one and
three hours before the event begins, depending on the complexity of the
menu and on-site kitchen facility. Together with the signed contract a
deposit of 20% of the Estimated Total is required to secure the date. The
balance is due at the end of the event.
